Women Rise is a new study from SHAMBAUGH Leadership that was conducted to explore and address barriers and enablers to developing a robust pipeline of women leaders at an individual and organizational level. The survey gathered insights from over 500 participants across 10 industries in different stages of their career from entry-level to executive and C-level roles.

To validate the survey’s findings and provide real world examples, SHAMBAUGH Leadership also held a series of roundtables that engaged over 100 women at the leadership and executive levels in sharing their personal stories of how they overcame traditional barriers and their sticky floors (self-limiting beliefs) that can roadblock women’s careers and were able to obtain senior and executive roles.
