IAPD 2026 Women in Plastics Leadership Program

SHAMBAUGH Leadership is thrilled to partner with IAPD – The Performance Plastics Association to deliver a leadership development experience designed to prepare women for strategic roles.

The 2026 Women in Plastics Leadership Program is a comprehensive leadership development experience created for women who are ready to move beyond day-to-day management and step into broader leadership roles.

Through virtual learning sessions and an in-person capstone session, this program provides a structured, start-to-finish path that builds strategic thinking, leadership presence, and executive-level confidence. It is an intentional investment in women with the potential to lead teams, influence outcomes, and contribute at a higher level within their organizations.
