Keynote Speaker at Marsh McLennan’s Women in Business Symposium

I am thrilled to announce that I will be the keynote speaker at Marsh McLennan’s Third Annual Women in Business Symposium on March 26 at The Willard Hotel in Washington, DC.

Today’s reality is that businesses face big and complex issues that require organizations that are collaborative, agile and diverse in skillsets. In this keynote, I will define leadership attributes that will meet this moment.

I will also focus on why women are an important part of the leadership equation, and how they can step into their greatness. I will share stories of leaders I have coached and mentored and how they overcame self-limiting behaviors and achieved major career success.

We have seen the transformative power of women in leadership and while we celebrate these achievements, we need to make sure others will follow. I will share the critical mindset shifts and practical techniques I have learned and refined from over two decades of engaging women leaders all over the world.
