Haley Hopkins is an experienced Executive Coach and Senior Consultant for SHAMBAUGH Leadership. For twenty eight years Haley has provided advisory support and coaching for leaders and executives within Technology, Healthcare, Hospitality, Professional Services, and Telecommunications. Having worked and lived in three continents, Haley leverages her depth of cultural knowledge and strategic acumen to quickly and impactfully align leadership, team dynamics, and talent management to the company’s vision, values, and goals.
Haley has had the opportunity to work in high growth and dynamically changing organizations and teams and has supported leadership through major transitions and growth. Haley has been an integral consultant and advisor in supporting global mergers and acquisitions from due diligence through integration. Haley has also been involved in a number of high growth initiatives in North America and Asia Pacific and has sat as a participant on board of director activities for a Japanese joint venture for the past 10 years.
Haley’s keen interest in executive coaching and her ability to quickly become a trusted advisor, provides leaders with the support and tools to dynamically lead through complex challenges and opportunities. She has a grounded, no-nonsense approach to helping key talent overcome personal and behavioral issues in order to optimize their full potential. She often pulls on her global experience to broaden leadership perspectives when working through business challenges.
Haley has a post graduate diploma in Human Resources, and is certified in a number of 360 assessments. Haley currently lives in Wilmington, NC and is active in the local community. She was accepted at the UNCW Business School as a Cameron Executive Network Mentor.
