Program Overview

SHAMBAUGH Leadership uses a 4-phased approach to creating curriculum that fulfills the requirements of the organization.
Phase l – Assessments

1. We spend upfront time with the sponsors and leaders of the organization to assess the leadership training needs in terms of business goals.


2. We use a 360 assessment to get a baseline of each participant’s strengths and areas for improvement.

Phase ll ­– Design

Once we understand the needs, we design the training to fit the requirements of the organization.

Phase lll – Delivery

Delivery of the training can range from half a day to several days. It can be face-to-face or virtual or a combination of both.

Phase lV – Coaching

Follow on coaching for several sessions is used to reinforce the learnings from the training and to set goals for success. Our coaches have a wide breadth of experience and a stellar track record in coaching, consulting, and leadership development that covers the range of programs and offerings.
